Carl A. Young
Carl A. Young is the Founder, CEO, and Partner of Consilium Solutions, a veteran-led advisory and governed-support firm helping established operating companies turn complexity into disciplined decisions. Carl’s background spans senior military, enterprise architecture, data strategy, cybersecurity, governance, and commercial CIO leadership. He served as Department of the Army Enterprise Architect, Department of the Army Chief Data Strategist, and Army National Guard Enterprise Architect, supporting complex technology and information environments at significant scale. He was the principal author of the 2019 Army Data Plan and helped shape enterprise-level approaches to making data visible, accessible, understandable, trusted, interoperable, and secure. Carl later served as CIO for ATC Development, a development, construction, and multifamily housing management firm, where he applied executive technology leadership in a private-sector operating environment. He holds CISSP, PMP, CBCP, and ITILv4 Foundations credentials. At Consilium, Carl sets the firm’s decision-first advisory standard, helping Clients clarify risk, evidence, tradeoffs, ownership, and action.
Dan Snowdall
A retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel with nearly three decades of expertise in cyber, signal, and information systems. Dan’s extensive background includes serving as Lead Program Manager for the $2.4 billion National Cyber Range Complex.
Jason LaClair
Jason serves as Consilium’s Chief Growth Officer and director of marketing. He is a retired Chief Warrant Officer Four with over 30 years of combined uniformed, civilian and DoD (DoW) contractor experience in intelligence operations, program management and business development. Jason has worked at every level of portfolio management and business development/growth from small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations.
